I have revisited my Audio Spec Perseus with the Myriad T-40 amplifier, these speaker have blown me away when placed near field, sure the bass is limited but the mid range and high end are phenomenal. They work well with the Myryad as the Myryad is a little more mid range forward.

As the proud owner of these speakers, I just wanted to share my thoughts. These speakers are a joy to listen to. The mid and high range are sublime indeed. The base while not super thumpy, is still well rounded and articulate. I quite like them being inefficient, as it allows my Marantz pm-15s2b to really stretch it's legs. Finally and the main reason I chose these speakers is they are just so darn attractive. They look great in the living room of our appartment and get many compiments from guests.
